The following recommendations were based on the Inspire committee's review of program response documents submitted during Phase 1 (Fall 2019), Phase 2 (Spring 2020), and Phase 3 (Fall 2020).įinal Recommendations for Phase 1 Programsįinal Recommendations for Phase II Programsįinal Recommendations for Phase III ProgramsĪdministrative Moratorium Form Phase 3 Inspire Assignments Inspire Phase 1, 2, and 3 Final Recommendations A decision to place the program in moratorium and/or to recommend immediate, near-term, or long-term program redesign will be made by the committee to the provost at the end of each cycle. They will also consider and utilize program-generated response documents outlining possible strategies for program redesign and innovation. ![]() ![]() The Inspire committee will utilize a university data set drawn from university metrics when reviewing programs. Inspire Committee Membership (Phase 3) The Review Process The committee has now concluded its work, and its recommendations can be viewed by members of the IUP community using the links below. The review was done by a university-wide committee, co-chaired by an IUP administrator and an APSCUF member, and consisting of faculty from each college, students, and data specialist support personnel. The Inspire institutional review process was designed to examine the sustainability of IUP's academic programs over a three-semester review cycle, beginning in fall 2019 and continuing through fall 2020. ![]()
